SECTION 04

Arrival, Setup & Liability Agreement

Please review and check each box to acknowledge compliance.

I agree to follow all assigned setup/breakdown times and remove vehicles from the area immediately after unloading.

I understand I am responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and agree to operate strictly within my assigned space footprint.

I agree to hold Appalachian Legends & Lore, LLC completely harmless for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury incurred during the event.

I understand that submission does not guarantee automatic acceptance; final space determinations are managed by event requirements.

Weather & Refund Policy

The Foxfire Gathering is a rain-or-shine event. By submitting this application and payment, the vendor acknowledges that all space assignments are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or rain dates will be granted under any circumstances, including severe weather or event cancellation beyond the organizer's control.
